How to “Export Email Logs” in Check & Log Email Plugin

Steps to Export Logs in Check & Log Email Plugin

Step 1: First, install the plugin from here https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ or go to add the plugin and search for “Check & Log Email by checkmail“. Download the plugin and install it.

Step 2: Once you have finished downloading, please ensure that the plugin is active on your end. It will be reflected on WordPress like this.

Step 3: After setup and using this plugin, when you want to export email data with all the logs , then click on “View logs” or “Tools” option.

Step 4: Click on the option to open a window with multiple options to export email logs. Enter the recipient’s email ID to view the entire log history.

You can export logs in 5 different ways.

  • Export in CSV (.csv)
  • Export in Microsoft Excel (.xls)
  • Export in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
  • Export in Text (.txt)

Similarly, you can choose “Status” to see either “successful” or “failed” delivery according to your preference.

Step 5 : Click on “Export logs” and you will get the log file which format you have chosen. In this example we had selected .CSV format. we got in .CSV, similary you can chose excel and other format also.
