The Check & Log Email plugin provides a unique feature allowing you to customize email addresses and names. With this method, you can send emails using different names and addresses while relying on just one email account. This versatility is the key benefit of this feature.
In this tutorial we will see how to use this option.
Step 1: First, install the plugin from here https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ or go to add the plugin and search for “Check & Log Email by checkmail“. Download the plugin and install it.
Step 2: Once you have finished downloading, please ensure that the plugin is active on your end. It will be reflected on WordPress like this.
Step 3: Click on ‘Settings‘ and select the ‘Override Emails From‘ option. Upon clicking, it will expand into two fields where you can input the name and email address.
Step 4: After setting up the name and email address, click on ‘Status.‘ You will see two options: ‘Standard‘ and ‘Custom‘ Headers.
With ‘Standard Headers,’ you just need to input the receiver’s email address and click send. However, with ‘Custom Headers,’ you’ll have additional options for sending emails. You can add aditional message in email to send the receiver.
